Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

The delivery time for products that are in stock may vary depending on the region and typically takes about one week. If the products need to be ordered, then delivery will take between 8-12 weeks. However, it is important to note that there may be delays in the delivery as the provided delivery times are estimated.

 

Delivery Charges:

For deliveries within London that are over £500, we provide delivery and assembly services free of charge. However, for deliveries outside of London, additional fees may be applicable. For further information about delivery fees customers may contact us.

 

Collections:

Customers have the option to collect products from our warehouse themselves with at least two days' notice in advance. It is essential to note that the customer will be responsible for any issues that arise during self-assembly, and so therefore warranty for the product will be void.

 

Assembly:

We provide assembly services for products on the day of delivery. However, if the customer prefers to perform the installation themselves, any issues that arise with the product will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that for safety reasons, we are unable to install products that are designed to be mounted on walls (such as mirrors etc). Customers who wish to mount these products themselves may do so with the additional mounting parts provided with their purchase.

 

Delivery Information:

Our delivery times are between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, and it is possible that there may be delays due to heavy traffic or force majeure. On the day of delivery, the room where the products will be delivered must be empty, our delivery team is not responsible for the removal / disposal, of any old furniture. In case we attempt to make a delivery, and the room is not vacated or you are not home on the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged a delivery fee for our next attempt. Furthermore, our delivery team can only carry the products up to one floor if the elevator is unavailable or if the products do not fit in the elevator. For transportation to be made after one floor, the customer must make the products themselves or make an additional payment to us. Customers can contact us for additional payment information.
