Refund policy

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CANCELLATION:

In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order or some of the products purchased, a cancellation fee of 30% (non-refundable deposit) of the cost of the products to be cancelled will be deducted. If the customer wishes to exchange the product with another item or make an edit to an item, they must still pay the cancellation fee for the product that is being exchanged or edited.

RETURNS:

Customers may return products within 3 days of delivery, subject to a deduction of 50% of the cost of the returned products. The customer is responsible for disassembling the products and returning them to the warehouse. If the customer is unable to disassemble the products themselves, the company may provide assistance for a fee.

REFUNDS:

Agreed refunds will be processed within the time frame of 7 working days to the bank account provided by the customer
